Proposed Timeline for the 787 walnut project
Vision Casting Phase - September 2024 - January 2025
This phase will include community meetings, gathering feedback from the city as well as dreaming BIG about the future of this amazing church property.
Design Phase - January 2025 - June 2025
We will solicit feedback from our church members first and then will gather feedback from the community including city leaders and residents. The goal will be to have all design plans completed and approved by June 2024.
Fundraising Phase - July 2025 - December 2025
With plans in hand and with projects already underway, we will raise the necessary funds to complete the project.
Breaking Ground - April - May 2026
By the spring of 2025, we will exactly what is going to be done and who is designated to do the work. Other projects will have already been underway, however, the bigger projects will commence at this time.
Dedication and Presentation of the Church Building back to the Community - October - November 2026
Our goal is to continue to serve the city of San Carlos and the surrounding communities for many years to come. We will invite everyone to this rededication ceremony and share our vision for our church in this community for the coming years.
